Spherical Objects

The balls shown here are from Ancient Egypt. They were made of glass and faience. All of the balls were made at different times. The black and blue ball was made as an offering for the goddess Hathor. It is hollow but looks like a basketball! The small blue one was designed as a model of food. The smallest ball is just a marble from a game during the Roman Period. It looks like the balls are big but they aren’t. The black and blue one is only 4.4 cm tall! The marble ball is 1.8 cm tall. They look like they’re 20-35 cm tall don’t they?
