Coffin of Lady Mesehti

I thought this coffin was very pretty and that’s why I picked it. This coffin was made of paint and wood. Lady Mesehti’s coffin is 179 cm in length and was made about 2066-1781 BC. Unfortunately the left side of this coffin has disappeared. The eyes on the coffin were meant to face the rising sun each day. Meat, bread, and beer rest on the tables for easy afterlife access.
