St. John The Baptist Catholic School

Donna Garcia is our school principal. She grew up locally in the Windsor area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sacramento State University. She is currently working on her Master’s in Education at the University of San Francisco. Mrs. Garcia holds a California Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. She is the former Vice Principal at SJS. During her time as a sixth grade teacher at SJS, she was also the Student Council Advisor and the Spanish teacher for younger grades. She holds a Basic Catechist Certificate.

Her out of school interests include traveling, reading, playing tennis, and sewing. Her favorite things to do are hiking and spending time with her family. Her son is a graduate of the University of California at Davis and is the father of her only grandchild. Her daughter attended SJS and is currently a Communications Major at California State University at Fullerton. Mrs. Garcia’s favorite places traveled to include Italy to visit relatives, Greece to visit historical sites, and Hawaii for its hiking and water sports. She lives in Windsor.
